Refunds and returns


CHANGE OF MIND

We do not offer returns for change of mind purchases for any product that has been monogrammed, unless it is deemed faulty.

PRODUCT COLOURS

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Mon Purse as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colour will be identical to the physical item received.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If your product is faulty or damaged in transit Mon Purse will repair or replace your product as necessary, Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please email hello@monostuff.com with your order number and photographs of the faulty product. Return shipping will be at the customers expense. We recommend selecting a shipping service with tracking, as we will not be liable for any losses incurred during the returns process. Signature on delivery to Get your treat limited t/a monostuff.com is required. Please email us at hello@monostuff.com with your order number prior to doing this.

RECEIVING A REFUND

If a refund has been approved. You will have your refund credited to the original payment and purchase method.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
